Winter Warrior Tea

Ingredients

2 cups Hot Water
2 tbsp Earth’s Aromatique Vitali-Tea
1 tbsp Bronze Manuka Honey by Manuka Health
1 tbsp Harmonic Arts Elevate Superfood Upgrade Powder
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/4 tsp Bee Pollen

Instructions

Brew Vitali-Tea in hot water and allow to steep for 8 minutes. When done, add to blender.
Add the remaining ingredients to blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Enjoy!

Notes

Add a pinch of fresh ginger or cayenne powder for a warming kick!
