Use: 1 tbsp of mixture per 1.5 cups of water. On the stove, add the mixture to a pot and bring it to the start of a boil. Then, cover it with a lid and reduce the heat so it simmers for 10 – 15 minutes (or more).
Enjoy as is or, add your favourite milk – oat milk gives a nice creamy consistency and offers that smooth sustenance.
