Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon Chips
- 2 tsp Cardamom Pods
- 2 Anise Star Pods
- 1/2 tsp Clove Buds
- 1 tsp Dried Orange Peel Pieces
Instructions
To Make Hot Apple Cider
- Add mulling spices to 2 liters of apple juice, and bring to a boil.
- Turn heat to low, and let simmer for 20-45 minutes.
To Make Mulled Citrus Wine
- Add mulling spices to 1 liter of orange juice.
- Bring to a boil, turn down to low, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add 1/4 bottle of (750mL) wine, and boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn heat to low, add the rest of the wine, then simmer on low for 20 minutes.
