These healthy brownie batter bites are inspired by those delicious “2 bite brownies” that have made an appearance at every family BBQ, birthday party, and staff event since their existence- you know which ones I’m talking about. These are great to whip up and keep in a Tupperware container in the freezer. This way, you can throw a couple in your lunch bag, or enjoy one (or a few) when you need a little bliss break.

Instructions
- Finely chop the walnuts, and ensure the dates are soaked.
- Measure out the rest of the ingredients, and blend all of the ingredients together until the mixture resembles cookie dough.
- Roll mixture into bite sized balls and place in the freezer- they develop an extra fudgy texture.

- Measure out the rest of the ingredients, and blend all of the ingredients together until the mixture resembles cookie dough.
- Roll mixture into bite sized balls and place in the freezer- they develop an extra fudgy texture.

Recipe Notes
If you are using a vitamix. you may need to use the plunger to ensure the dates are reaching the blade.
Optional- add 3 drops of food grade peppermint or orange essential oil.
