Autumn is a time of spices and bold flavors as the foods in our gardens get more robust with the cooler weather. This is a time of brilliant colors, rich scents on the wind and warm woolly sweaters. It’s a time to curl up with a good book and a mug of Harvest Chai Tea Blend for rest, relaxation and best of all, outstanding flavour. Elderberries also offer immune-modulating goodness to help our bodies through the cold and flu season.
