These fruity chia popsicles are a great way to get fibre into your diet, and slow down the blood sugar surge that fruit can sometimes give you. P.s- these are absolutely GREAT for kids!!!

Instructions
- Blend fruit in a blender, until liquid.
- Add chia seeds, and blend them into the fruit mixture on low, for a few seconds.
- Let stand for 5 minutes, or until the seeds hydrate (plump up, and gelatinize).
- Pour into popsicle molds, and place in freezer.
- Let sit undisturbed for 6 hours, then pop them out of their molds, and enjoy!
