Figs and Cinnamon Brewed Tea
Black tea, from Kolya Naturals

Raw Oats

Chia Seeds

Sunflower Seeds

Maple Syrup

Instructions
Steep 1 tbsp of Figs and Cinnamon black tea in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes, and pour into a pot (on medium-high).
Bring the brewed tea to a boil, then add the oatmeal, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and cinnamon to the boiling tea- bring to a boil again.
Once the mix boils, reduce the heat, stir, and let it simmer for another minute or two.
Stir in the maple syrup and coconut oil and turn off the heat.
Serve with your favourite toppings!
Notes
Be creative- don’t be afraid to add extra toppings
such as fresh fruit, nuts, or toasted coconut.
