Ingredients

• 2 drops Wintergreen Essential Oil
• 15 drops Spruce Essential Oil
• 3 drops Cedar Atlas Essential Oil
• 6 drops Grand Fir Essential Oil
• 1 drop Cinnamon Essential Oil
• 2 tsp Witch Hazel
• 55 mL Distilled Water (fill the rest of the bottle)

Instructions

1. To a spray bottle (preferably aluminium or glass), add the essential oils, and fill the rest with distilled water.
2. Before use, shake the spray bottle.
