Ingredients

1 leaf of Kale
1 leaf of Collard Greens
1 handful of Parsley
1 English Cucumber
1/2 Avocado pitted
1/2 Apple
1 Pear
1 cup Red Grapes
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Purica Fiberlicious

Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients in a high speed blender, and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is a super awesome way to get those who find it hard to eat greens to ingest some nourishment!

For extra sweetness, add more orange juice or grapes.
