Ingredients
- 2 Eggs beaten, with seasoning of choice
- 1 Avocado cut in half, and pitted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (incase the egg spills), and place the avocado halves onto the pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the avocado holes, and carefully place into the oven.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until egg solidifies.
- Sprinkle on herbamere and enjoy!

For extra flavor, add cheese onto the avocado for the last 5 minutes!
