- Preheat your oven to 425F.
- Rinse the asparagus, and break off the ends (where the asparagus naturally breaks is where it is best to eat).
- Line a pan with aluminum foil, and lightly grease the bottom with olive oil.
- Coat the veggies with oil, sprinkle with seasoning, and bake for 8-12 minutes.
