Easy Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Apple
3 leaves Kale
1 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Peeled Ginger
2 Carrots
10 Mint Leaves
1 1/2 cups Water

Instructions

Rinse all produce thoroughly, and blend in a high-speed blender until fully mixed.

Notes

To make this smoothie creamier, add 1/2 of an avocado for a good-fat boost!
