Ingredients

1 cup High Quality Coffee I love Oso Negro Coffee, available in our botanical apothecary
1/4 cup Coconut Cream full-fat
1 tbsp Bulletproof High Octane Oil
1 tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder
1/2 tbsp Honey
1 pinch Cinnamon

Instructions

Throw everything in your blender and blend on high for 1 minute- enjoy the frothy goodness!

Notes

This keeps my mind sharp and awake without the crash. Make sure to drink 2 cups of water for every cup of coffee that you consume to avoid dehydrating your system!

This also makes a great winter, holiday drink… add a dash of nutmeg, a splash of vanilla and curl up by the fire!
