Instructions
- Whisk coconut milk, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and peppercorns in a small pot.
- Heat to just before boiling point, then place lid on pot and gently simmer for 10 minutes- until milk is barely bubbling.
- Remove from heat, and stir the black chai tea into the coconut milk & spices. Allow the mixture to infuse for 5 minutes.
- Strain tea and spices into a container with a pouring spout, and stir in honey.
- Let cool, and when room temperature, pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer.
- Allow popsicles to sit, undisturbed, for 6 hours in the freezer. Pop them out of their molds, and indulge & enjoy!

Recipe Notes
For extra sweetness, add 1/2 a banana to the coconut milk, and blend until creamy, then proceed as usual! (per 8 popsicles)
