Cranberry Zinger Instant Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 1/2 cup Cranberries unsulphured
- 1 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Raw Walnuts
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Stevia optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and pulse for 10-20 seconds in a food processor or coffee grinder.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 1 month.
For one serving:
- Measure out 4 tbsp of the cereal in 1/2 cup hot water, and let sit for a few minutes to thicken.
