Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Carrier Oil such as jojoba oil, olive oil, sweet almond oil, etc.
- 1 drop Mandarin Essential Oil
- 1 drop True Lavender Essential Oil
- 1 drop Marjoram Essential Oil
- 1 drop Vetiver Essential Oil
- 1 cup Epsom Salts/Magnesium Sulfate optional; helps relax the muscles even further
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients, and add to a running water bath.
- Enjoy!
