These simple baked sweet potato chips are SOSOSO good, and SOSOSO healthy that you can eat as much as your heart desires, without the guilt!

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F, and line a pan with aluminum foil, coat the foil with coconut oil.
  2. Wash and slice the sweet potatoes (around 2-4 cm thick).
  3. Coat the sliced sweet potatoes in coconut oil, and set aside.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning salt & pepper on the coated pan, lay down the sweet potatoes so they are (almost) all laying against the aluminum foil, then sprinkle the top with more seasoning salt & pepper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
