  1. The night before, boil 2 cups of water and add the tea bags. Leave tea bags in until water has cooled to a warm temperature.
  2. Remove tea bags and add quinoa. Cover and keep on counter top
  3. In the morning, thoroughly rinse quinoa in a fine sieve
  4. Combine quinoa, coconut cream, water, and spices in a small pan and bring to a simmer over high heat.
  5. Turn down heat, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes
  6. Serve with you choice of toppings such as nuts, berries, coconut flakes, coconut sugar etc. (I love this with chopped mejool dates, diced apples, and hemp hearts)
