These DIY Botanical Bath Salts help facilitate our body’s natural detoxification system and relax you at the same time.

Botanical Bath Salts

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Epsom Salts draw out toxins, ease tense muscle and nerves
- 1/3 cup Fine Sea Salts used for decades as a relaxing and detoxing bath addition
- 1/8 cup Pyrophyllite Clay draws positively charged toxins out of the body and is high in silica which helps repair and soothe skin, hair and nails
- 1/8 cup Baking Soda alkalinizes the bath and soothes irritated skin
- 1 tbsp Rose Petals or Calendula Petals hydrating and soothing to the skin
- 15 drops Cozy Ginger or Winding Down Essential Oil Blend cozy ginger supports circulations and brings in warmth, winding down helps soothe the nerves and get you ready for bed
Instructions
- Add ½ cup Epsom salts, ⅓ cup fine sea salt, ⅛ cup pyrophyllite clay, ⅛ cup borax, 1 tablespoon roses or cornflower, and 15 drops of essential oil blend of choice into a measuring cup.
- Mix well with a whisk. Using a funnel, pour the mixture into the bottle, gently tapping to help settle the salts if needed.
