Honey and Sage Booze Fizz

Ingredients
- Cocktail
- 2 oz Vodka unflavored
- 1 cup GT's Ginger Kombucha
- 2 Ginger Slices
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- Simple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Water
- 12 Sage Leaves divided
Instructions
Simple Syrup
- Melt honey into water in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
- Once melted, add 6 sage leaves and turn down to low heat. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour into jar and let cool.
Cocktail
- In each glass, mix 1 tsp simple syrup with 1 oz vodka.
- Fill the rest of the glass with ginger kombucha, and garnish with remaining sage leaves and ginger slices.
