Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Epsom Salts rich in magnesium; can use cane sugar for more hydration, or a combination of the two
  • 1/3 cup Almond Oil or coconut oil, or grapeseed oil etc- carrier oils should be chosen for your skincare needs
  • 1 tsp Dr. Bronners Castile Soap acts as a surfactant to emulsify the ingredients
  • 10-20 drops Essential Oils we suggest lime (uplifting, toning, antibacterial) and/or mint (cooling, anti-inflammatory, increasing blood circulation)

Instructions

Mixing:
  1. In a metal bowl, combine the salts and carrier oil- stir until the salt is saturated.
  2. Add in the essential oils and castile soap, and stir until completely mixed.
  3. Spoon into a glass jar, and enjoy!
Application:
  1. If oil has settled, stir.
  2. Gently rub onto skin in a shower or bath, then seal the jar tightly.
