Milk substitutes can be hard to find… This homemade almond milk is sure to please anyone who has an issue with dairy, as it is sweet, thick, and the almond taste is almost undetectable.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Strain the soaked almonds and place into a high powered blender with 6 cups of water, and blend until no big visible chunks.
  2. With a nut milk bag, strain the blended almonds and water into a container, and blend with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
