Ingredients
- 2 units Nettle Leaf
- 2 units Alfalfa Leaf
- 2 units Oatstraw
- 1 unit Rosehips
- 1 unit Dandelion Leaf
- 1 unit Peppermint
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in an airtight container.
- Label container with name of tea, ingredients used, and the date it was made.
- Steep 1-3 tsp. per cup for 5 - 10 minutes (or more for a stronger brew).
