Why not make your morning coffee a superfood delight?
Many of us from the family here at Kolya Naturals and Optimum Health have been experimenting with different ways to make a morning ritual more beneficial. Whether you’re looking for ways to curb the caffeine jitters, cut down on dairy consumption, or just how to impress your barista friends, we found some tips to help.
This is Jessica’s current coffee addiction:
Creamy Coffee
Servings | Prep Time |
Ingredients
- 1 cup High Quality Coffee I love Oso Negro Coffee, available in our botanical apothecary
- 1/4 cup Coconut Cream full-fat
- 1 tbsp Bulletproof High Octane Oil
- 1 tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
Instructions
- Throw everything in your blender and blend on high for 1 minute- enjoy the frothy goodness!

This keeps my mind sharp and awake without the crash. Make sure to drink 2 cups of water for every cup of coffee that you consume to avoid dehydrating your system!
This also makes a great winter, holiday drink... add a dash of nutmeg, a splash of vanilla and curl up by the fire!
