Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400F, and line a pan with aluminum foil, coat the foil with coconut oil.
- Wash and slice the sweet potatoes (around 2-4 cm thick).
- Coat the sliced sweet potatoes in coconut oil, and set aside.
- Sprinkle seasoning salt & pepper on the coated pan, lay down the sweet potatoes so they are (almost) all laying against the aluminum foil, then sprinkle the top with more seasoning salt & pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
