Ingredients
- 1/2 Sliced Tomato
- 2 pieces Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 small handful Alfalfa Sprouts
- 2 tbsp Mayo
- 3 pieces Deli Meat we like roasted chicken breast
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread the mayo on one side of both pieces of bread, then layer the ingredients and enjoy!
